02. Working Process

In 2018, two friends from Naples, Italy, opened La Pizzas in London. They were passionate about using fresh, local ingredients to create authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Their hard work and dedication paid off, and La Pizzas quickly became a favorite among locals and tourists alike.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, people were forced to stay home more often. This led to a surge in interest in cooking at home, and La Pizzas saw an opportunity to share their love of pizza with the world. In 2022, they launched La Pizzas Dough, a line of pre-made pizza dough that makes it easy for anyone to make delicious pizza at home. They partnered with Rank Glow marketing agency to launch their brand on social media and build a following.

We wanted to reach people who were interested in pizza dough, so we launched a primary conversion campaign on Facebook/Instagram. We targeted people who had searched for terms like ‘pizza dough’ or ‘homemade pizza’. We also targeted people who had liked or followed pages about pizza or cooking.

Our campaign was a success, and we achieved an overall ROAS of 3.60. This means that we earned £3.60 for every £1 we spent on ads. We also achieved a CPA of £7.63, which means that it cost us £7.63 to acquire each new customer.

We knew that the holidays were a great time to reach our target audience, so we created seasonal campaigns for Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. Our campaigns were a huge success, and we saw a significant increase in ad spend, purchases, and CPA. We’re so glad that we were able to use the holidays to connect with our customers and grow our business.

Then We retargeted customers and achieved an overall ROAS of over 5 and kept our client informed of our progress by providing them with regular updates and monthly advertising reports.

Over a five-month period, we were able to achieve the following:

  • Our remarketing campaign delivered a ROAS of over 5.0.
