02. Solution

Following a thorough audit of HumbleFax’s Facebook ads, we implemented optimizations to enhance performance. We shifted the campaign objective to conversions and honed in on targeting leads more aligned with the Gas MLP course.

This strategic move led to attracting superior quality leads, leading to a rise in brochure downloads and course sales. We broadened the audience scope by pinpointing males with an interest in apprenticeships, while excluding existing Gas Engineers and individuals with doctorate degrees.

Furthermore, we enhanced the ads by incorporating text to amplify clarity, and we conducted tests with various marketing angles to ensure relevance and engagement.

We tackled worries about the gas boiler ban by raising awareness that jobs were secure. We utilized custom audiences and lookalike audiences to expand the account, yielding 985 leads at an economical cost of £7.61 per lead.

We countered ad fatigue through interest-based targeting and revised ad copy, which resulted in a surge in course sales. By targeting specific regions and using engaging questions, we further amplified the campaign’s impact. In the end, our modifications brought in more high-quality leads and propelled course sales growth.
